Use the prepaid label we email you, or drop it off at any authorised carrier location.

Refund Issued

Once we inspect the item (1–3 business days) your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Eligible for Return

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused items in original condition with all tags
  • Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage
  • Wrong items received

Not Eligible

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Perishable goods and digital products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
